UP FLIPP’s Project at the Kalayaan Dormitory Library

Yes, there is a library in Kalai. Martin, my orgmate said to me that the House council of the said dormitory is asking for help for their Library in general. UP FLIPP then volunteers for their library implementation project.; a SEMBREAK activity hehe.

 

It started last Monday, October 27, 2008.  The Dorm staff gave as 1 week to accomplish the task,,, but we’ve finished doing it yesterday, October 30, 2008 although some books were still unclassified. There are over 200 books and some serials that we’ve cataloged, classified and arranged. The dorm staff had suggested us to adopt their library. Wow, what a great opportunity!

Since he said that we are always welcome to go back anytime, those unclassified staffs will then be a project of the Education and Acculturation Committee of UP FLIPP.

Wow! I just can’t explain the feeling. Personally, I’ve used my cataloging skills for real, haha. And also, the process wasn’t easy.  It’s tiring, I’ve felt dizzy a lot of times, the books were so dusty and there are some damaged books. But everything is worth it! I’ve felt relieved the moment we were on the shelving step! Hahaha. And somehow, there’s an overwhelming feeling that yet again, our organization has accomplished a very productive task. What a sembreak! haha. I’m so proud of my beloved UP FLIPP!

Do not a lot of money to buy a car? Worry no more, because that is achievable to receive the loan to resolve such problems. Thus get a sba loan to buy everything you need.
